How to resolve error messages

1. Missing network parameter(s)
You should reach this page by redirection from the network system.

How to resolve: Try visiting your favourite website and you get redirected here with the right network parameters.

2. Invalid Student Authentication Code.
You are entering student authentication code that is invalid. Ensure you get student authentication code from the school portal.

How to resolve: Sign into your school account on the school portal at https://portal.delsu.edu.ng to get the right student authentication code.

3. Cannot continue with request.
The network system failed on this request.

How to resolve: Get a new student authentication from your school account on https://portal.delsu.edu.ng and try again.

4. Unable to disconnect other device.
You are already connected to CAMPUS CONNECT on another device.

How to resolve: Keep using the already connected device or get a new student authentication code from your school account on https://portal.delsu.edu.ng and try again.

5. You have been blocked for 3 hours.
You entered too many wrong student authentication code.

How to resolve: Re-try in 3 hours.

6. Unknown student authentication code.
You entered a student authentication code that has either expired or is invalid.

How to resolve: Sign into your school account on the school portal at https://portal.delsu.edu.ng to get the right student authentication code.
